My passion is helping people to feel good within themselves and to try and seek natural alternatives to therapies.

After working within the NHS in various roles for over 10 years I decided that due to my naturalistic approach I should start looking into training to help me change my career to one that can help people with their health and wellbeing in a natural way preferably away from pharmaceutical interventions but alongside them if required.  I want to help people try to find the root cause of a health issue instead of dealing with treating symptoms only.

I gained my Hypnotherapy Diploma in May 2024 and I use various hypnotherapy techniques to help you overcome fears, anxiety, confidence, phobias, stop smoking, weight loss and regression. 

I am also a Singer in my spare time and because of this, I have a particular interest in helping vocalists/musicians overcome any fears, anxiety, building confidence or helping with any issues.

Hypnosis is a relaxing, drug-free method of allowing access to your subconscious mind and unlocks information that is already there. With my academic background and over ten years working in the NHS it was a natural progression for me to look at how our minds and bodies are connected and how this can impact our health, emotions, and behaviour.

I also have a holistic therapy practice offering other holistic therapies including Reiki, Holistic massage, Resonant Frequency Therapy and Magnetic Therapy.
