Henry Grisewood

I joined the Military at 17, where I spent 10 years in various roles. This led me to teach Conflict Resolution, Self Defence, Fitness, and First Aid to the Police for 4 years. Both of these roles generated my interest in Psychology and Counselling. I then moved into teaching, and have been in Schools and Colleges for the last 12 years, teaching Psychology, PE, Health & Social Care and Uniformed Services. I studied Psychology as a degree and am currently in my final year of a Masters in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology. I also am a qualified Hypnotherapist, and have Certificates in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Coaching Psychology, Health Coaching and Counselling.

As someone who enjoys pushing their Physical, Mental and Academic boundaries, I thrive on guiding and coaching others to find ways to resolve their concerns, or discover their life pathway.

Having the opportunity to be a part of a person transformation, and share in their journey is extremely rewarding, and is most definitely what I would describe as my ‘calling’. Because it took me a great deal of time to discover my passion, I completely understand how and why other people may find themselves a little lost, or in need of some guidance and coaching, to help find the missing links or loss of direction in their lives.
