About Suzanne
I have been a mental health and adult social worker for over 30 years and also experienced health anxiety and pain due to hEDSs and autoimmune diseases myself. I understand the barriers health conditions can put in your way but they don't need to!
I provide a 90 day Rapid Transformational Therapy and Coaching programme which will ensure that you regain confidence in your ability to overcome the fear of a new diagnosis, health anxiety and pain (physical and emotional) that has been holding you back from pushing forward to achieve your goals and aspirations.
Working with both your subconscious and conscious mind provides a powerful tool for pushing through those fears and beliefs your subconscious mind has formed and achieving success unhindered by your physical or mental health condition.
I will also offer smaller packages as required.
My Experience
I have been working with individuals with mental and physical health conditions for over 30 years as a qualified social worker.
I recently added hypnotherapy and rapid transformational therapy to my skills so that I can offer a more comprehensive package to support people with physical and /or mental health conditions achieve their goals and aspirations despite their condition.
