My mission is to live each day with compassion, authenticity, with an open mind and an open heart. I am a spiritual being spreading my light and being a facilitator for enlightenment, healing, truth and empowerment. I intend to make a difference in people's lives by sending out positive energy, encouragement and sharing my knowledge and inner guidance with precious souls seeking healing assistance.
I work with such a wide range of topics. If you need help with it, I can work with you. This includes everything from Addiction management, Pain management, Fears and Phobias, Confidence building, Body image, Performance enhancement, Sexual issues, the list goes on. However I specialize in Past Life Regression therapy and lean more towards a spiritual metaphysical approach incorporating and connecting mind, body and spirit. I have been trained and certified since 2012.

I am trained and certified from The Southwest Institute For Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona since 2012 as a Holistic/Mind Body Wellness Practitioner, Holistic Nutrition Coach, Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, Soul Coach, I am also certified in Reiki Energy Healing Levels I,II and III from Yavapai Community College in 2011. I am also experienced and self taught in many areas including Oracle Card/Pendulum Intuitive Readings. As well as Energy Clearing and Cleansing and ASMR.
