About Mary
I’m currently a practicing Quantum Thinking Transformation Coach and a qualified Solution focused Hypnotherapist. Both these techniques can be blended or used as stand alone therapies so that I can provide a powerful session for my clients.
While Hypnotherapy has a broad list of problems that can be solved, I particularly love to work with women who are stressed, anxious, lack self confidence or have low self esteem.
Being a mother of 5 I know what it is like to be so busy that you forget to look after your own needs and lose yourself along the way. Your confidence takes a bashing, you are stressed all the time and take on everyone else’s worries as well as your own.
