Throughout my experience as a hypnotherapist, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each presenting unique challenges and goals. However, my main areas of interest lie in addressing anxiety, low mood, anger issues, self-esteem, wheitgh loss, and binge eating. I firmly believe that by empowering individuals to regain control over their lives, they can overcome these obstacles and experience significant positive changes.

In my practice, I adopt a client-centred approach, tailoring each session to the individual's specific needs and circumstances. By utilizing hypnotherapy techniques combined with other therapeutic modalities, I aim to facilitate deep relaxation, introspection, and transformation for my clients. Through this collaborative process, my ultimate goal is to empower clients to develop coping mechanisms, enhance self-awareness, and unlock their potential for long-lasting positive change.
