I was introduced to Holistic well-being in 2002 whilst during a challenging pregancy and major life and loss transitions relating to grief and loss.

My formal training supporting others on the Grief path began in 1997 during my time working at a funeral directors in Gloucestershire. I have experienced many transitions of change and navigated the grief path many times since I was a child that has led me to finally discovering the magic of Hypnotherapy in 2018.

I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in People Management in 2000 that eventually led to me training in Holistics, therapeutic Counselling and Hypnotherapy.

I have a passion for supporting people on the Grief path, a multi-dimensional journey to navigate, understand and ultimately heal from. 

Combined with my work as a Spiritual Healing Medium and Spiritual Counsellor enables me to communicate Healing conversations for past, present and future generations from a place of unconditional love for self and loved ones.
