About Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah!
I’m a qualified Hypnotherapist with diplomas in Hypnotherapy, Therapeutic Shamanism and Sacred Alchemy, gained on the first course of its kind in the UK, accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)
Having first hand experience of trauma, as a result of my early years, Hypnotherapy helped me to overcome the daily struggles and challenges that once ruled my life.
Hypnotherapy changed my world! So much so, my goal now is to help and inspire you to overcome whatever is holding you back, take back control and empower yourself.
My approach is to make sure you are seen and you are heard. I will walk alongside you during this process, you are not alone!
I have walked the path…let me show you the way.
I currently work part time on Monday and Wednesday’s. However, if there isn’t a date or time suitable for you, please contact me and I will see if I can arrange a time and day that is more suitable to your needs.
