About Sheila
I am a Master Hypnotist and Hypnotist Trainer certified by the International Hypnosis Federation. I specialize in working with veterans and first responders, plus anyone with a history of trauma, ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences), or PTSD and post-traumatic growth.
I also have much experience in other areas and will soon graduate from Dr. Daniel Amen's Elite Brain Coaching Certification Course, which focuses on determining which areas of the brain have been injured or limited (by TBI, any head injury, stress/trauma, and age) and helping clients develop a lifestyle protocol that actually works to address their issues, thus bringing the brain back to optimal functioning.
