Hello, my name is Susan Convery. 

I am a mental health and wellness hypnotherapist, I am based in Maghera, Northern Ireland. 

My niche focuses on utilising hypnotherapy to help clients achieve mental and emotional well-being, reduce stress and anxiety, overcome limiting beliefs and negative patterns, and promote overall wellness. I specialise in treating specific conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, as well as working with clients who simply seek personal growth and self-improvement.

My approach involves a holistic and client-centered approach, taking into account each individual's unique needs, preferences, and goals. I incorporate various techniques, such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy and positive psychology, into my hypnotherapy sessions to create a comprehensive and effective treatment plan.

My goal as a mental health and wellness hypnotherapist is to empower my clients to take control of their mental and emotional health, enhance their overall well-being, and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. 

I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel heard, understood, and validated, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to achieve their goals and thrive in all aspects of their lives

I trained at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy School (CPHT),  and have a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy which is considered to be the gold standard in hypnotherapy and is recognised as the Centre of Excellence for hypnotherapy training, as well as achieveing a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD).  I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).
