Hi, I'm Ruth and I am a qualified Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Registered Mental Health Nurse from Ayrshire. I am a skilled professional who always strives to provide person centred interventions that are bespoke and tailored to the individual. I have a flexible and adaptive approach, and draw on a range of psychological and therapeutic models and approaches to ensure that clients receive a high standard of treatment delivered with compassion and sensitivity. I am based in Ayrshire and can also support online consultations where that is preferred.
