I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and Mental Health First Aider. I specialize in helping clients become their full authentic self - not only  comfortable and content with who they are -  but loving themselves and shining light to all around them! I'm passionate about mental wealth and have a drive to enable each of us to be infinitely rich.  I work with clients to reduce anxiety - however that may manifest itself - replacing it by positivity and confidence.  In conjunction with clients we work together on fears, phobias, unhealthy habits making them quite literally a thing of the past.  I particularly enjoy supporting clients in the work place, business or school environment - after all we spend an awful lot of our lives at work so why shouldn't we reach our utmost potential there?! I also work with clients who would like to improve their relationships - whether that be to find a partner, to be a happy partner or be fulfilled living the single life.  We all have so much potential to live our lives to the absolute max and I get so much job satisfaction from being the facilitator!!!!
