My name  is Melissa White and I love helping people make positive changes in their lives and feel privileged to be a part of their journey. I specialise in weight loss management and as someone who has struggled with weight loss and then maintenance of weight loss all of their life, can understand what a huge impact being overweight can have- feeling trapped in a body you don't like is thoroughly miserable! You can't wear the clothes you'd like to choose, it affects your confidence, self-esteem, energy and even your relationships. You can't be the person you long to be but hypnosis can support you with your goals and to help you become you again or even a 'new you'. Seeing people transform their bodies, and their lives is my passion. 

I also love helping people take back control of their lives with regards to many other issues too such as anxieties, depression, stress and burnout, smoking cessation, fears, phobias and habits, low self-confidence and self-esteem to name but a few. Change can happen and hypnosis is an amazing, powerful tool which empowers people to draw upon their strengths and resources. The possibilities are endless!

I work very collaboratively with clients during therapy and the hypnotherapy journey is very much one the client and I will embark upon together, safely and at the client's pace.
