Hi, I’m Rae.

My mission is to help the 50% of married moms in their forties who are burned out. If you know, you know. I have been there, hit rock bottom, reignited my spark and am Monarch Rising.

As a Certified Mindset Coach, NLP Coach/Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, Practitioner of Time Line Therapy & Certified Mindset Dimensions Practitioner, I am passionate about evoking curiosity, balance, inspiration, motivation and action in my clients so they can own their lives and reignite their spark! (That was a mouthful.)
