I have been on a spiritual path since childhood; learning everything I can about religion, spirituality, reincarnation, mysticism, near-death experiences, neuroscience, quantum physics, epigenetics, the microbiome, grounding, mindfulness, the mind/body/spirit connection and breathing techniques.  An intuitive, empath and lifetime seeker since the age of nine, I have been on a mission to better understand God, suffering and the anxiety I'd grappled with and finally managed, since childhood.        

I am certified in Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression with a focus on Spiritual Alignment, understanding Soul Planning/Contracts and healing Past Life Trauma.  My approach is holistic; I take into account your life experiences, relationships and your connection to your own mind/body/Spirit, to help in understanding what your Core Patterns/Wounds are, how they drive you, your soul contracts, learning themes in this lifetime, family dynamics, cellular memory/intergenerational carryover and how they inadvertently inform the decisions we make in life.  Once recognized, it enables the soul to truly begin in the process of mending and aligning.   Decoding Core Patterns/Wounds is the process of exposing the origin behind our emotions, behaviors, thoughts and limited belief systems which determine our reactiveness to, and how we interpret our life experiences.  Spiritual Alignment is operating with purpose; it is connecting to a higher Source of intelligence and trusting that you are being guided.  It is the belief that we are disconnected from Source; the belief that we are separate from Source & Spirit, that is the root cause of fear and suffering.  When we understand that life operates on a continuum and that we are never alone, we can begin to better understand ourselves, feel more connected, listen to our inner wisdom, and fully align to our Soul's true purpose.

I was personally trained in Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression (PLR) & Life Between Lives® (LBL) by Paul Aurand, M.Ht., world-renowned Master Hypnotherapist, first President of The Michael Newton Institute (MNI), for Life Between Lives/Past Life Regression/Spiritual Consciousness Facilitation.  Paul was also The Newton Institutes Director of Education, Lead Trainer, Educator of the Year, Therapist of the Year and Hypnotherapist of the Year.  MNI, is the only accredited Life Between Lives certification in the world, that was endorsed by Dr. Michael Newton himself, and she is one of just over 200 facilitators worldwide, who is trained in this technique as a certified Life between Lives (LBL) & Spiritual Consciousness Facilitator®.  I am certified in Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression by Dr. Brian Weiss, best-selling author of "Many Lives, Many Masters" and Chairman Emeritus of Psychiatry at the Mount Sinai Medical Center.  I was also trained in Past Life Regression Therapy, Inherited Family Trauma & Dynamics, in Past Life Trauma Carryover and in Core Patterns/Wounds by Carol Bowman M.S.  Carol is an author, lecturer, counselor, therapist, and authority in children’s reincarnation cases.  I am also certified in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) by Dolores Cannon®.
