About Karen
Karen has always worked within a care setting. She is passionate about helping people overcome their difficulties and believes that everyone has the power to make changes in their lives. Karen has 37 years experience of nursing, RGN RSCN DipN professional practice for child, adolescent & family mental health, the last 17 of those years have been working within mental health. Karen has always believed that alternative therapies play an important role for recovery of physical and mental health. Karen trained with Innervision School of Clinical hypnotherapy and gained the Diploma in Clinical hypnotherapy. Karen continues to update her skills in hypnotherapy and has undertaken further training to become proficient in Hypnoslimmer (weight loss), Child and adolescent hypnotherapy and Hypnosis for hoarding disorders.
