My Experience
Experienced Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. GHR Hypnotherapy Supervisor. Specialised in EMDR, Anxiety and Stress Management, Psychosomatic Stress Trauma Disorders. I have been in private practice working with clients since 2012
My first career as a Criminologist has given me a additional knowledge and insight into human behaviour and informs my analytical approach towards client issues.
I specialise in Analytical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy as an adjunct to Stress Management and Clinical Hypnotherapy

Diploma in Analytical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy completed in 2013. I trained with Jacquelyne Morison Hypnotherapy Training. Regular continuous professional development h.as been completed. Acknowledged GHR Hypnotherapy Supervisor. Senior Qualified Hypnotherapy Practitioner
Diploma in EMDR. Diploma in Eye Movement Therapy. Diploma in Hypnobirthing. Diploma in Art Therapy. Advanced Emotional Freedom Therapy, MIACHT Crystal Healing Therapy, Reiki Practitioner.
I have an academic background as Criminologist (MA, BSc. Hons) and extensive experience of working with adults and young people in Further and Higher Education. I have worked in three prisons with HMP Category A male offenders. I have also worked in the Youth Offending Service (Restorative Justice Panel) and with victims of crime in the Northeast of England and in Kent, UK.
Specialist areas: EMDR, Anxiety and Stress Management, Psychosomatic Stress Trauma Disorders( CPD updated - 09/2022 ).

Analytical Hypnotherapy
“Ann is a highly skilled therapist. I was so impressed by her flexibility and her great range of skills and knowledge.
