I’m a mum of two grown up girls who’s had just about everything life could throw at you happen. I have always worked with people of all ages, from working in care settings to learning and development.

I realised my passion was helping free people of the baggage they’ve collected through years of life experience and to help them see the world, and more importantly themselves through a different lens.

I have experience and qualifications in Counselling Skills, Neuro Linguistic Programming (Practitioner and Master Practitioner), Coaching and Integrated Hypnotherapy and many other things in my toolkit.

I’m happy to work with people from a single session to ongoing support depending on your needs and preferences.

Self- confidence, low self esteem, self-belief, phobias, fears, anger management, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, PTSD, goal setting and giving confident presentations/interviews are amongst some of the more common areas of my work.

I’d initially look to meet to find out more about you and to let you ask any questions or express any concerns you may have to ensure that we are happy to work together. It’s important that you feel safe and that you can trust me to enable you to be you…however that may be on any given session.

I am happy to discuss providing group sessions if relevant to your needs.
