I am a dedicated hypnotherapist with a rich background in healthcare (formally a Physiotherapist).  I combine years of clinical experience with advanced hypnotherapy techniques to offer a powerful integrated path to healing.

During my time as a Physiotherapist I had the privilege of providing care and rehabilitation to hundreds of people, across numerous specialties including neurology, cardiology, respiratory & palliative care.  However, a few years ago I faced my own health problems and eventually had to give up work. This experience gave me first hand insight into the emotional and physical challenges that arise when our purpose, identity, and life direction undergo significant changes.

As my health improved, I decided that I could still continue to help people by drawing on my experience and skills in a different way. I had always found the psychological aspect of treating clients the most engaging part, so after a lot of research and having witnessed the transformative effect hypnosis made to my own recovery, I completed the Diploma in Hypnotherapy.  This further fuelled my determination to become a qualified practitioner in this field and I have never looked back.
