I have now worked in life coaching / therapy field with families and teenagers for the past 15 years exclusively .

I feel everything all the skills I have acquired over the last 20 years + have helped me in this current role. They include English/Drama teacher working with 11-18 year olds in Uk, America & Australia) to running my own school with disaffected teenagers- coaching their families ( 8 years) and finally working as a life coach / therapist at a school . Whilst in that role I up-skilled to add hypnotherapy to my tool bag - as it had helped me greatly and rapidly myself personally through a difficult time. 

I feel I have found my passion and interest and now through hypnotherapy and life coaching I offer specialist help with anxiety/ stress/ phobias and habits but use past life ( and current) to shift and transform my clients rapidly and in a safe and relaxing manner. I work particularly well with teenagers utilising my experience as an Alternative Education teacher- fully DBS checked but equally have excellent results with adults. Addictions to chocolate/ smoking/weight loss are also successful areas as well as guiding/ advising adults when “stuck” for whatever reason- where parts therapy and past life regression can have incredible positive and very often life changing effects. 

My approach is more towards analytical hypnotherapy -as I feel closely  listening  to the words of the client and giving real quality time in the first instance -picks up the most effective direction to guide your client wherein they follow and then “lead “you to the correct healing. This makes the healing bespoke and precise with amazing, quick and lasting results.
