Hi I am Jenna, I am a hypnotherapist and hypnobirthing teacher based in Somerset. I support adults, children and families online or at my practice at a natural health clinic in Castle Cary. 

I work with you to overcome your limiting beliefs that diminish your confidence and cause anxiety. Empowering you so you can better cope with life’s challenges whether that be in life or on your birthing journey. 

I have continued professional development training in inner child work, working with depression , CBT hypnotherapy and weight management so I have a vast range of expertise to help in many areas that may be causing you problems. 

I work in a collaborative way so you feel in control at all times, following your lead to what you want to achieve and adapting my sessions to fit you. My passion is to help you make the long term changes you wish to make to live the life you want to live.
