About Fiona
As a Professional Growth Coach and Leadership Development and NLP Trainer, I use a combinations of coaching, NLP and hypnotherapy during my sessions
I have been helping clients enhance their communicating, motivating, influencing skills and self confidence since 1992
I focus on mindset and behaviour rather than clinical conditions and mostly work with business professionals who want to learn and develop to be the best they can be.
The service I offer ranges from one off sessions right out to full transformational programmes
I was a tutor for the London College of Clinical Hypnosis for 7 years and was also a member of Paul McKenna and Dr Richard Bandler's assisting team in London for 8 years.

My Experience
I have been working with clients since 1992. I now deliver ANLP Accredited NLP Practitioner / NLP Business Coach training online twice a year. I also deliver a range of Leadership Development courses both online and in person.
I specialise in mindset and behaviour and my one-to-one work is delivered over 90 minute online sessions and I work mostly with business professionals looking to increase their confidence, motivation and productivity.

Training & Qualifications
I initially trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis in 1990. I then did the Post Graduate Course in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in 1994 and become a Tutor for 7 years.
In 1997 I trained with Paul McKenna and Dr Richard Bandler as an NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Practitioner. I then went on to train as an NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Trainer and NLP Business Coach Trainer. For 2002 - 2010 I was a member Paul McKenna and Dr Richard Bandler's assisting team in London.
I trained as a Business Performance Coach and Life Coach with Newcastle College from 2003 - 2004
