About Lucy
I am a friendly, fully qualified Hypnotherapist working online nationally and face-to-face in Staffordshire. I am passionate about helping people to overcome self-limiting behaviour and anxieties.
I was a Director of a strategic market research agency for 20 years before training as a Hypnotherapist. I am used to working with professional people and helping them improve their confidence and performance in a business setting.
I love helping people with self-esteem issues, weight control and self-destructive behaviour. Basically, at the risk of sounding like Miss World, I just want people to be happier and to enjoy their lives more unrestricted by anxiety, fear and low self-esteem.
