I am am a Clinical Social Worker and Master NLP Life Coach and Hypnotherapist specialising in person centred therapeutic coaching utilising evidence based coaching models and focused psychological strategies to empower clients to smash their goals.
I maintain a strong social justice framework and inclusive practice and firmly believe that every person holds within them the resources that they need to overcome any obstacles and reach their potential.
I utilise both professional and lived experience to work collaboratively with clients through individual or group coaching to achieve joy and transformation by becoming their best most authentic selves.
