Hypnotherapy works by allowing me to access parts of your subconscious that may not be accessible through regular talk therapy, targeting the challenge at a deeper level in order to create lasting change. 

As a trained hypnotherapist, I make sure each patient feels safe and in control as I work closely with them tailoring their care to their specific needs. if you are finding that you have hit a block in your treatment, and know that more change can happen, feel confident that I can both support and empower you on your journey. Hypnotherapy engages the imagination to create and reinforce positive mental images, experiences, and messaging, which can then influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in your everyday life. 

My goal is to provide compassionate guidance using Hypnotherapy, Hypnosis, Talk therapy and much more, I also use techniques to empower you to regain a life of positivity. My experiences enables me to offer effective, personalized care. 

My focus is to help individuals heal and accept happiness. I achieve this by providing a judgment free safe space, and listening to all of your concerns! My promise is to be there for you every step of your progress.

Brandy has her AA in Emphasis in Counseling and Applied Psychological Science and her BS in Psychology her M.A. in Human Behaviors, also a graduate of The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, The UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, The Dave Elman Hypnosis institute, The Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), and National Institute of Hypnotherapy (NIH) and American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).

Brandy resides in Arizona with her three daughters.
