About Derek
I have been a practicing psychotherapist for 20 years. Also a previous NHS Clinical Dietitian.
I treat people caringly as individuals relating to their specific needs. My first session is 90 minutes in order to attune to my clients situation and form a therapeutic alliance. I suggest working in 6 session therapy units to address issues. I assess progress and use this to address my original treatment plan
