Exam Nerves & Anxiety
Steven helped my daughter through her A level exams. She was very nervous and anxious and wasn't sleeping. She had 2 sessions with Steven and he gave her an audio file to listen to. She feels that the sessions and the tips on self hypnosis really helped her
