Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to check out my practice! I'm a certified hypnotherapist in Washington state since 2015 and a Member of NGH. I love helping people break free of negative thoughts and patterns, get motivated and reach their personal goals, whatever they may be! Hypnosis is a very effective way to make all of these things happen.
I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband Bill, and our little rescue dog, Figgy. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, camping in this area. My other interests include reading, cooking and of course, HYPNOSIS!
