As a certified Hypnotherapist, and Master Practitioner of NLP and Time Line ® Therapy, I use various modalities to help you design and live the life you desire.

At age 50, I have successfully navigated a 20+ year Corporate career, started a small business, overcome fertility challenges leading to the delivery of two healthy children, navigated two marriages that ended in divorce and a third to my life-long partner, lived in 5 different countries, travelled the world, and competed in numerous sporting activities including earning my brown belt in karate and winning a World Championship in sports model fitness. I bring with me the insight and life experience you are seeking in a hypnotherapist and coach.
