Hello - I’m a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist with a heart-centred approach to healing. I work with children (11+) and adults to manage stress, anxiety, trauma, addictions and emotional overwhelm through evidence-based hypnotherapy and therapeutic techniques (NLP, CBT, EFT, Parts therapy, mindfulness, regression, hypno-EMDR and life coaching). My practice is grounded in compassion, guiding each client gently toward balance and self-discovery. I offer both 1:1 and group sessions, including tailored support for parents, professionals, and survivors of trauma.

I have a Masters in Applied Psychology and specialise in Hypnotherapy. I'm registered with GHR (General Hypnotherapy Registry) and CNHC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council).
