My name is Rina and I am based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

I have been a practicing certified clinical hypnotherapist since the beginning of the year 2023. With extensive experience of almost 20 years in various corporate organisations, I am quite well versed in workplace management. Having served C-suite leaders and senior leadership team in these organisations and fast paced environments throughout these years have equipped me to handle workplace stress management (WSM) efficiently.

Integrating my corporate experience with clinical hypnotherapy, I specialize in treating clients who struggle to cope in their demanding workplace environment with high levels of stress and anxiety. I have treated corporate clients with performance anxiety and panic attacks as well. I impart knowledge and techniques of stress prevention and coping mechanism at workplace.

Hypnotherapy aids very well in workplace stress management and can help reduce the degree and impact of stress and anxiety and restore an employee’s depleted psychological resources.
