Process & Skills

● A Trial session is set up in order to explain the hypnosis process to patients to

quell their fears, discuss safety concerns and detail the effects of therapy. This

would include a personal discussion of circumstances that would paint a

background of particular psychological disturbances to identify possible

avenues toward resolution.

● Clients will also be interviewed to better understand their

motivations for seeking therapy, followed by the collaboration to develop suitable treatment plans.

Clients will then be informed of current practices in hypnotherapy to align

their understanding and expectations with the methods used and create a

reasonable projection of desired results.

● As part of the Hypnotherapy treatment process, I will actively introduce

meditation, guided imagery, breathing techniques, and reiki to clients which

have been proven methods to help achieve a state of centredness.

● The course/treatment will involve observing client reactions to personally develop treatment plans and document progress.
