After experiencing the end of a relationship, I had to rediscover myself. Feeling lost, confused, sad and worthless, Hypnotherapy found me. The experience of this healing modality changed my life in countless ways. I regained belief in myself, discovered who I am as an individual, and ultimately learned to love and respect myself unconditionally - restoring my happiness. After experiencing these shifts in myself, I resolved to help others find their happiness. We hold so much knowledge within ourselves that often goes untapped. Hypnotherapy helps individuals to access the wisdom hidden within our subconscious minds that ultimately enables us to change our thoughts and behaviors in different situations, thereby redesigning our minds, creating healthier habits and allowing us to live happier lives.

Initially studying Rapid Transformational Therapy under Marisa Peer, I became certified as a Rapid Transformational Practitioner and later a Certified Hypnotherapist and Hypnofit System Therapist under Helen Mitas. I started Mind Design Hypnotherapy in order to help others experience change in their lives both personally and professionally.
