About Cathy
As well as a trained hypnotherapist I have been teaching yoga since 2012 and am a qualified health coach. I am passionate about what I do and deeply believe in the healing quality of hypnotherapy.
I live with my family, cat, dog and 3 ponies in a rural location in North Wales.
