Christa is an ICF & CPD Certified & Accredited Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach™. She can help empower and facilitate co-dependents to detach and unbecome from negative energies and learn to discern old programming and behaviors that no longer serve them so they can feel life satisfaction.

Through breathwork, energy healing and bondage clearing, and a safe, supportive environment, we will practice Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, Reiki, Polyvagal Theory, Positive Psychology, and more to determine weaknesses and strengths. And other quality soul function planning and analysis tools so that your nervous system FEELS safe to be authentically you. We can work with and utilize Internal Family Systems and Narcissism awareness and prevention techniques to determine further any negative energies or forces that may be holding you back.

Even during challenging times, we will learn to deal with and process our feelings and do the work to process and release somatic memories that no longer serve us. Invest in yourself and build the internal strength needed to live your best life. You are worthy, enough, important, and loveable.
