Having trained and worked as a Usui and Reiki Master Teacher for a few years, I undertook a comprehensive Hypnotherapy course with Terence Watts of The Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (EICH) in Southend on Sea. Since qualifying, I have worked with many clients who have been suffering with issues such as anxiety, stress, panic attacks, phobias, post traumatic stress disorders, fears of all kinds, addictions, stop smoking and gastric band hypnosis and I have seen fantastic improvements in my clients. I use Hypnoanalysis/Regression therapy to help clients to release trauma from their past and to begin to enjoy much happier lives.

I am currently offering 4 sessions of Gastric Band Hypnosis £450 instead of £495.

I also see clients who want to stop smoking and this is offered in one session. This one session is all you will need. Success rate of 99%.

APHP is registered with the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO). Only those trained to an acceptable standard will be included on their list and so it is desirable to visit their site to check that any hypnotherapist you wish to visit is registered with UKCHO.

NHS hospitals and services and GP surgeries can refer clients to me because I have been accepted by the CNHC. Clients can claim on their Private Health Insurance but please check your individual insurance policy to make sure that it includes the CNHC. I am registered with PRUHEALTH insurance company (now called Vitality).

I am fully covered by Professional Liability Insurance.
