About Christianne
Hello,
I am a compassionate understanding certified hypnotherapist with the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
I am very keen to ensure that my clients and are attuned and therefore offer a free 30 minute consultation.
All hypnosis is self hypnosis so if you do not want to be hypnotised you won't be, during the free 30 minute consultation I will conduct a suggestibility test to ensure that hypnosis is an approach that may work for you.
The more we are able to connect the more successful the outcome will be for you.
In addition to hypnotherapy I am a Narcissistic Trauma Informed Coach and Brainspotting practitioner. I am keen to ensure that my clients feel as comfortable as possible during our sessions and I provide recordings of our bespoke sessions for continued use by clients.

My Experience
I have been using hypnotherapy as part of my coaching since April 2022 - I enjoy being able to offer my clients the breadth of my knowledge of Narcissistic Trauma Informed Coaching, Internal family systems, positive psychology, Brainspotting and Somatic belief reprogramming.
The mind and body experience is key to the service I provide.
