About Tina
I fell in love with coaching over 25 years ago, and that passion has guided me ever since, helping people find happiness in their lives. I'm a Master of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and transformational life coach, offering a variety of skills, including emotional freedom technique (EFT), work-life balance, phobia solutions, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and health and wellbeing. I also support mental toughness development through the AQR Mental Toughness Questionnaire. As a qualified Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) tutor for many years, I'm here to help my clients pursue their academic dreams and navigate the challenging, sometimes stressful, journey. A fun little secret of mine is that I can detect aromas! I've recently added aromatherapy to my coaching and mindfulness practices. Having suffered from chronic pain for many years, I've created a programme tailored to help clients manage their pain- whether physical or mental.
