About Heather
Recently Certified Analytical Hypnotherapist, specializing customized one on one sessions . I have lived in Miles City, Montana for over 30 years and have raised a family here. Hypnosis is a passion of mine since I experienced it about five years ago and it helped me with so many things that "traditional therapy" could not help with. I love that I can help people help themselves and that it can be done in a much shorter time frame. Hypnosis allows the mind and body to relax and access the subconsious mind to be more receptive to positive suggestions and changes. It is a natural state of mind and you are completely in control the entire time.
