I served as a senior people leader for the US Government and moved on to become an experienced Executive/Career Coach. I have advised and built trust with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and professionals at all levels of transition through a forward and often very direct approach. I leverages political savvy and communications expertise to ensure my clients are effective leaders to help them reach their goals faster.

Through consistent practice of new techniques and accountability, clients slowly become new and more solid individuals able to handle more responsibilities. With excess capability and time they are able to shift focus onto game changing projects that propel them to the next level.

Bio: Todd has over 20 years experience in America’s public and private sectors. He has been entrusted with senior positions in the U.S. Government including Branch Chief for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and a Spokesperson at the U.S. Department of State. He held public affairs and leadership roles in the U.S. Agency for International Development, for the Secretary of Health and Human Services both in Washington, DC, and even a senior member of the British Parliament in the U.K.
