About Tanya
As a Certified Narcissistic Trauma Informed™ Coach, and the owner of Impart Clarity LLC, I use integrative somatic and cognitive trauma informed coaching, utilizing the Narcissistic Trauma Unlocking® coaching method one on one with my clients, along with hypnotherapy. I specialize in helping those who have been emotionally and financially abused. I walk along side my clients in a practical way to provide a strategy to heal trauma from narcissistic abuse encouraging my clients to find their way from confusion to clarity, and to step into their true self. I also provide hypnotherapy for women business owners, who have fears around imposter syndrome, fear of being visible, and other blocks/issues that impact thier businesses.

Change Of Mindset
I was stuck in a dark place after leaving an abusive Narcisist and then being rejected and judged by my family. I had very little support and I was striving to heal and feel acceptance and love. I realized that the acceptance I needed had to come from within. I had to accept what happened and to learn from it in order to let go of the opinions of others and to find inner peace. I had to cancel my race how God sees me in order to put everything into perspective. Tanya’s sessions helped me tremendously. I love that she understands what I’ve been through without the need for a lot of detail. The hypnosis was very helpful in creating a shift towards living as my future self - and embracing my best life.

Empowerment
During a time when much of my life was out of my personal control, I worked with Tanya to re-engage my sense of Empowerment. Not only was the experience delightful, serene and holistic, her practical skills were excellent! I would recommend Tanya as a top Therapist. Even months later, I am still seeing the effects of this therapy.
