Let me help you, having been in the military and the police I know what fear, lack of confidence and anxiety feel like and had to learn to cope with these and many other feelings including loneliness, and panic. I am a qualified and insured solution Focused Hypnotherapist (DSFH) and Psychotherapist and hold a current DBS Certificate. I am also a member of the association of solution focused hypnotherapists and the National Board of modern Psychotherapy and abide by their strict code of ethics.
I trained through the Prestigious Observatory Practice CPHT Plymouth and I am fully insured and DBS Checked. BA (Open) MCGI, DSFH, I am a member of the following Bodies AFSFH- Reg. National Board for Modern Psychotherapy – Reg.

I Have served in the Armed Forces and Police service for over Forty years and I have therefore witnessed at first hand many traumatic and life changing and stressful incidents and know how these situations can affect an individual in both mind and body and spirit.I am a married man with two children and I am committed and enthusiastic to helping and supporting you and your family and also the wider service community.
