About Alice
I have been a health and wellness professional working with complementary healing modalities for over thirty years.
I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, a Masters degree in Public Administration, Certified as a Master Teacher in Reiki and Crystal Healing as well as other spiritual modalities.
I became a Certified Hypnotist because I found that I was already using relaxing techniques in my Reiki and Crystal Healing Practice that are similar to aspects of hypnosis with terrific results. Therefore, I wanted to learn more about hypnosis. And I just love it!
I found that hypnosis is truly a powerful healing modality that can be used to enhance all aspects of life from weight loss to smoking cessation, to stress reduction to sports enhancement to just about anything that one’s heart desires.
I found that some clients heal with hypnosis and some clients heal with Reiki. Each person responds to different healing modalities in different ways.
Becoming a Certified Hypnotist trained by the Academy of Professional Hypnosis, a Certified Hypnotist Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, a Licensed Thinner Band Hypnosis Provider and a Licensed "No Smoke Poke" Hypnotic Smoking Vaccination Provider is another way that I can help people achieve their dreams!
I am also pleased to say that I am Certified by Cal Banyan Hypnosis to perform Online Hypnosis Sessions.

My Experience
I have been successfully assisting clients to change unwanted behavior since 2012.
All hypnosis is self hypnosis and I have found that the best results in changing behavior is the teamwork approach that I utilize with my clients.
