About Abigail
I specialise in helping men and women battling anxiety to overcome their symptoms for good by teaching them how to take control and create a positive mindset that will last a lifetime.
I also help women feeling consumed by their IVF journey to reduce stress and create a healthy mindset to optimise their chance of success.
I am a fully qualified and accredited clinical hypnotherapist and is registered with the General Hypnotherapy Council (GHR) The Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which is approved by the NHS and The International Association of Evidence Based Psychotherapists (IAEBP)
I offer sessions both face to face and online.
