About Sandy
Sandy Messaropoulou, having an insatiable desire for knowledge and a wish to help people find their physical and mental balance and inner strength, was led to study and devote herself to Clinical Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness, founding HypnotherapyClinic.gr and dedicating herself to a more holistic way of life. Her goal is to offer people a reconnection with their nature and inner world, providing them with quick and effective tools to address their problems, focus on their goals, seek their personal and professional path in life, and discover the inner strength that we all already have within us.
My Experience
Sandy Messaropoulou is a Cognitive Behavioral Clinical Hypnotherapist from the Center of Psychotherapy and Modern Applied Psychology. Currently, she is training in Msc Integrative Psychotherapy and Counseling at the University of Derby, recognized by the British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She is a member of BACP, NICP and ACCPH.
She has also received further specializations in Analytical Hypnotherapy, Grief Hypnotherapy, and Past Life Regression. The trainings she has received are internationally certified by some of the most significant associations in England and America, including BACP, NICP, ACCPH, IHA, PHPA, IAOTH, AUNLP, AAH, IPHM, and IANLP. Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy is recommended for the treatment of Anxiety, Panic Attaks, Special Phobias, Emotional Distress, and Chronic Pain including Fibromyalgia, Tinitus and other autoimmune Diseases.
