Hi, I am Sara and my passion is helping people understand and use the power of their mind.

Too often I find that people are programming their minds with what they DON’T want rather than what they DO want.  How many times have you put all your focus and energy into imagining just how bad something is going to be?  That imagination is a powerful thing – it looks at the pictures you are imagining and responds appropriately – often with physical symptoms such as a racing heart or a upset stomach.  How much better to use that power to create the life you want to live!

I first got excited about hypnotherapy when I was pregnant with my first boy.  I had read a lot about Hypnobirthing and decided to give it a try. That experience changed my life! I just couldn’t believe that I would be able to give birth without any pain but that is exactly what happened.

A few years later we had some life-changing news.  Our youngest son, Jake, was diagnosed with Leukaemia.  Suddenly we were on a path that we hadn’t prepared for but I knew Hypnotherapy could really help.  I started my diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and soon I was able to help Jake manage his symptoms in a much more effective way.

I now partner with the New Zealand School of Professional Hypnotherapy and, in my role as the National Training Manager I work with and train Hypnotherapy Students throughout the country.
