I have been working within the Healing Arts for over 25 years. In the early years, my focus was primarily on alternative therapies and I managed a successful wellness and training centre. I left the healing arts in 2011 to transition into the corporate world and there founded a successful travel agency. My time in the corporate world allowed me to see the imbalances, ego-driven mentality and lack of inner peace; that many deals with. 

In 2018 I had lost my passion and purpose and began again looking into the healing arts for solutions, personally. This ignited my inner passion to seek solutions for those suffering loss, grief and trauma. I focused my studies on Neuro-Linguistic Programming along with meditation and mindfulness. After receiving certification in these areas I again opened a wellness centre which unfortunately had to close in 2020 due to Covid. I transitioned into a virtual platform while continuing my studies. 

Over the past three years, my primary focus has been gaining certification within the hypnosis area to better assist my clients. I have been coaching for over 20 years however wanted to better isolate those services. I found the ability to reframe thinking, utilizing the Law of Attraction and seeing its powerful results led me to this path today. 

I offer a heart centred approach to growing. By working with my clients as a partner rather than a therapist/client relationship has proven to be extremely effective for clients. My role as a guide and an accountability partner is to encourage a more balanced and accountable approach for my client's success. The solutions and answers are within you, I simply guide you to bring them to the surface. 

Many of my certifications are intertwined into my sessions, to provide a wide variety of solutions. This also allows them to be more personalized and unique. Some of my extended training includes EFT, CBT along with several coaching niches (life, happiness, passion etc) sound therapy and Bio-Field balancing. 

I am a firm believer that hypnosis lessens its power with the use of "stage shows". This creates an unhealthy assumption of the power of this modality and minimizes its proven effect for personal growth.  This is a tool that offers incredible results for those wishing to overcome life obstacles that limit their growth, passion and purpose. Hypnosis combined with effective Transformational Coaching has proven to be extremely successful for my clients and is rewarding for me as a facilitator.
