My background is as a Social Worker with over 20 years experience working in child and adult mental health & physical disabilities based in New Zealand and the UK, as a Brain Injury Coach, lifeline telephone counsellor and in a range of other client centred roles. 

As a Hypnotherapist I am thrilled to be able to utilise all of these skills, previous experience and knowledge in combination with the powerful transformative tools of Hypnotherapy for the ultimate benefit of my clients.

What I absolutely love about Hypnotherapy is that it can be used as a tool to achieve really quick and sometimes instantaneous results!

I specialise in supporting clients who would like to lose weight and maintain that weight loss…..helping them to achieve a life without the cycle of diets and constant weight gain and guilt.

I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, phobias, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), past trauma, smoking cessation, building self esteem and confidence, releasing fear of public speaking, improving relationships with money and supporting business success.
