I have been involved in the Healthcare Industry for the majority of my working life, many of those years were spent working in the corporate arena. Although I had many great experiences and successes, my stress levels had hit an all time high and I wondered if this was it, or was there more to life? It was at this time that I started my search to find ways to reduce stress and live a more fulfilling life offering me more purpose, balance and freedom.

I have always had an interest in how our brain works and what makes us tick, this lead me to make the decision to retrain as a therapist in the wellness industry. I knew immediately I had found the right path, not only did it dramatically change my life and help me to obtain more balance and happiness, but it offered me the opportunity to share with others and help them transform their lives.

​My own life experiences, which are vast, have allowed me great insight, and this linked with the skills I have acquired through my training, have enabled me to offer my clients a genuine and down to earth experience. I use an integrated approach when working with clients including hypnotherapy, holistic counselling and life coaching. I feel very privileged to join someone’s personal journey as they begin to heal from past unresolved experiences, address current challenges, and find true balance and happiness. I know this is possible because I have experienced it!
