I wanted to be able to help others who had issues from their childhood and traumas, which still effected their everyday lives, I graduated Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, with a Holistic Practitioner Degree, Certified Hypnotherapist, Aromatherapy Practitioner, And Crystal Practitioner. in 2021
I started my herbal studies and journey in 1976 then a few years ago, Studied at Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine and got my certificates in Herbal Medicine and Forging and Wildcrafting. & Currently finishing up my 1,000-hour class
Help people with many of life issues: Anxiety, Low Self Esteem, Gastro Band Surgery, Grief, Relationships, Dementia, Effects Of PTSD, Pain
and Trauma from Dental Visits, and many others.

Major Life Stress'
TeLisa Armstrong, Bambie) is truly amazing. and a very talented hypnotist. I have had a couple sessions with her and it has been amazing. My physical pain has lessened and my depression while going through an extremely difficult time has been manageable since. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me.

Stopping Smoking
I have been going to Telisa, on stopping smoking, after going through surgery and some major issues during this time, I still have made some big changes. from smoking Camel’s to Menthal’s , In just one session, then in the next session, I
was down to one cig a day, from two packs.

Tension Aches
Then I had a lot of tension aches but they are mild. I have been taking pain meds, Taking fewer since I started with you and there are couple days were I didn’t take any.
I did get alot of shocks like attack all over my body, but I was mindfull of them, so didn’t effect me as bad.

Stress Relief
Working with Telisa has been a God send, The help she has provided to relieve stress has been amazing. I tried hypnosis before and I couldn’t go under. Telisa manages to get me where I need to be and really help’s me.

Hypnosis During My Surgery

The Best Yet, I Loved It!
Yes, changes are taking place, its taking awhile because I’m having to work through a lot of pain and trauma, but my hypnotherapist, Telisa Armstrong, Is super supportive and totally dedicated to helping me get better and improve my life.
